Whole Foods Market Avalon
For Whole Foods Market in Alpharetta, Georgia (a suburb of Atlanta), I designed a large signage package that utilized several illustrative pieces in conjunction with modern powder coated metal and unique cotton rope detailing. The area straddles a unique line between historic Southern spirit and bustling modern business, and the decor seeks the same balance. The illustrative elements have a more historic farmland feel, while the materiality, bold colors, and geometric patterns overlaid with it reflect to the modernity of the area today. This store includes a wine bar, which also contains some playful illustrative elements (and for which I also did naming and branding).
